How it works
Each pack arrives frozen and is portioned based on the size and activity level you share at sign-up. Thaw a pack in the fridge the day before serving — no cooking required.

Storage
Keep packs frozen on arrival. Once thawed, an unopened pack stays fresh in the fridge for up to 4 days. Stores up to 6 months in the freezer.

Subscription details
This trial box is the first delivery of an ongoing subscription. After the trial, you'll receive a full-size box on a recurring schedule (default: every 2 weeks). You can pause, skip, change recipes, or cancel anytime from your account before the next billing date. Recurring orders are billed automatically using your saved payment method.

Ingredients & nutrition
Recipes are made with whole-food ingredients (muscle meat, organ meat, vegetables, and a balanced nutrient mix). Full ingredient and nutrient panels are listed on each pack and on the recipe pages.

Shipping
Ships frozen in an insulated cooler. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your ZIP code.
