We want every LIISSA customer to love what they ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Gift cards, digital downloads, and final sale items are not eligible for return.
How to Request a Return
Send an email to support@liissa.shop including your order number and the reason for your return request. A member of our team will get back to you within 2 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be credited to your original form of payment within 7–10 business days.
Payments processed through Shopify Payments are subject to standard bank processing times and may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds that do not appear within 7–10 business days may be delayed by your bank or card issuer. Please verify with them first, then contact us at support@liissa.shop if the issue remains unresolved.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@liissa.shop.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. For your protection on orders over $50, please use a trackable, insured service. LIISSA assumes no liability for items lost during return transit.
