Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. A shipping notification with a tracking number will be sent to your email address as soon as your order is dispatched.

Order Tracking

Lost or Damaged Shipments
We take shipping incidents seriously. If your package is lost or damaged, email us at support@liissa.shop within 7 days of the expected arrival date. Provide your order number and any supporting photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. LIISSA is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
